IG Group non-executive director Stephen Hill reinvests dividend

Non-executive Director of IG Group Holdings plc (LON:IGG) Stephen Hill has purchased 1,383 ordinary shares in the company as part of IG Group’s dividend reinvestment plan.

Mr. Hill’s dividend reinvestment was reported by a filing with the London Stock Exchange in a transaction which took place on February 27, 2015 with regard to which a notification was made on March 4, 2015 of transactions carried out by Mr. Hill in respect of the Company’s ordinary shares of 0.005p each.

The price per share has been reported at £7.32, and following the transaction Mr. Hill holds 80,707 shares in IG Group.

Mr. Hill joined the Board of IG Groupin April 2011. He was the CEO of Betfair from 2003 to 2005 and prior to this spent 15 years at Pearson in various managerial roles, including CEO of the Financial Times Group between 1996 and 2002.

He was a member of the boards of British insurance giant Royal Sun Alliance Insurance Group, Psion plc and Channel 4.

Mr. Hill has also held the position of Chairman of Interactive Data Corporation from 1998 to 2002. He is Chairman and CEO of D’Aval Limited and Trustee and chairman of the Royal National Institute for Deaf People – Action on Hearing Loss. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Cambridge Judge Business School and a non-executive director of Applerigg Limited, Aztec Limited and of Ofcom.
