Ontario Securities Commission issues warning about binary options brand TradeRush
Canadian provincial regulatory authority, the Ontario Securities Commission, has issued a warning regarding Marblestone Partners Ltd. doing business as www.traderush.com which is not registered in the Canadian province of Ontario to engage in the business of trading securities nor to advise any retail investor in trading securities.
TradeRush, the brand to which this warning to potential investors refers, is a retail binary options brand, and whilst off-exchange binary options trading is legal in Canada, all firms soliciting business from Canadian clients are required to be registered with the relevant provincial regulatory authority.
