The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published today an update of its list of authorized trade repositories which are approved under the European Markets Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR).
ICE Trade Vault Europe Ltd. was first authorized on December 5th, 2015 for commodities, credit, equities, and interest rates derivatives. The authorization will now cover Forex derivatives, to be effective as of June 4th, 2015.
