The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has today added another company to its warning list, which contains the names of unauthorized investment businesses.
The latest addition to the warning list is Kincorp Capital Limited, an investment company that markets a range of services related to Forex, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Stock and Commodities.
The company targets UK clients, the FCA says, in the face of the fact that it lacks the necessary license to do so. The website of Kincorp Capital provides an address in London, but that does not translate into authorization of the company to market investment services in the UK.
