Corporate FX advisory GPS Capital Markets expands with new Atlanta office

GPS Capital Markets, Inc., a leading corporate foreign exchange brokerage firm, expanded with a new office in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area this month.

GPS is also pleased to announce the additions of Mr. Allen Raines and Mr. Jeffrey Warner. Mr. Allen and Mr. Warner have been hired as FX Consultants to expand the GPS footprint in the Southeastern region of the country.

Allen Raines comes to GPS with over 20 years of business development experience. Prior to joining GPS Capital Markets, Mr. Raines was Head of Sales for Western Union Business Solutions FX and ran the national Mid-Market sales team.

“I am excited to join the GPS team and to have the opportunity to build an office in Atlanta covering the Southeast,” said Raines. “With GPS’ product suite, and our collective experience, we will truly deliver high value solutions to corporations of all sizes in our market.”

Jeff Warner has been in foreign exchange for over 25 years and has held many foreign exchange dealing and sales positions. Most recently he was Managing Director of FX at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, for over a decade. At SunTrust he worked with corporations to identify and measure foreign exchange risk; as well as identified various hedging strategies to achieve the desired risk and potential profile.

“I’m thrilled to be joining GPS,” said Warner. “I know we will provide unique solutions to our clients given the FX experience I have gained over the years and the opportunity to provide clients with GPS’ online foreign exchange product suite.”

“We attribute the continuing rapid growth of GPS to our hard working, driven employees,” said Al Manbeian, Managing Partner of GPS Capital Markets. “We are excited to grow our roots deeper in the Southeast with our new Atlanta office and feel fortunate to have Allen and Jeff help us do so. They both will be a great fit to our team and the culture we have established at GPS.”
