Plus500 Ltd (LON:PLUS) has today concluded its shareholders meeting which had been scheduled in order to conduct a vote on the proposed acquisition of Plus500 by Tedi Sagi’s Playtech.
LeapRate has obtained unofficial information from the vote, as currently the official results are yet to be published and reported via the London Stock Exchange.
The actuals are still being counted, however the results from the vote by proxy stands as follows:
60 million shareholders voted for the acquisition.
5 million shareholders voted against the acquisition
12 million votes were void.
11 million shares are related to Playtech and otehr investors who hold shares in both Playtech and Plus500.
