The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) earlier today published a warning regarding Credence Financial Earnings Ltd / Credence Trade, a company which is targeting investors in the UK using a fraudulent technique known as “cloning”.
Credence Trade, which offers a raft of services in the area of investments, including binary options, is misusing the details of an authorized company: CFE (UK) Ltd.
The FCA notes that the clone firm is not authorized to offer investment services in the UK and that this firm is in no way associated with CFE (UK) Ltd, which has a license from the FCA.
