Just a couple of months after Swissquote Group Holding SA (SWX:SQN) introduced its mobile banking and trading app for Apple Watch, the Swiss bank and Forex broker is offering a wider choice of mobile trading solutions compatible with the gadget, with the focus now falling on Forex trading.
The latest versions of two of Swissquote’s iPhone apps – Fxbook Mobile and Advanced Trader Mobile, are compatible with Apple Watch.
Both applications are informative in that they provide their users with access to foreign exchange markets. In addition, they are trading platforms, offering traders to actively manage orders, as well as to monitor their account balance.
All of the functions are available for live and practice trading.
In June 2015, Swissquote became the first Swiss bank to launch a mobile banking and trading app for the smartwatch developed by Apple. It was also the first Swiss bank to introduce an app for iPhone back in 2008, and, subsequently, for iPad, in 2010. The applications boast 228,000 and 90,700 downloads, respectively, as of June 2015.
