The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday published a warning regarding binary options broker Pilpel Capital LTD (aka Bloombex), operating from https://bloombex-options.com.
The Cypriot regulator notes that the company is not permitted to provide investment and ancillary services in Cyprus and that it has never been authorized by the Commission.
CySEC’s warning regarding Bloombex comes shortly after the broker was included the newly launched RED List of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC). In March this year, Italy’s Consob also issued a warning regarding this company.
