The Exchange has just explained that the reason for the trading problems was technical failure occurred to the network in the M1 data centre.
Since 15:00 (MSK) trading on the Exchange’s FX, equity & bond, FX, derivatives and money markets has been stopped.
MOEX is now preparing to resume trading using backup systems. The Main Market trading is set to restart operations via the backup systems at 16:50 (MSK).
