The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today published another warning regarding Fundsaver Services Ltd. This time the warning concerns Everyoption, a binary options brand owned by Fundsaver, offering its services via www.everyoption.com.
The Cypriot regulator notes that the company is not allowed to provide investment and ancillary services in the Republic, in accordance with the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law, as it has never been authorized by the Commission.
In addition, the warning says, no notification has been received by a competent authority of another Member State, pursuant to sections 77 and 80 of the above mentioned Law.
This is the third warning from CySEC against Fundsaver Services Ltd in less than a month. Early in September, the Cypriot watchdog issued a warning regarding uBroker, a Forex brand operated by Fundsaver, and later in September, CySEC warned regarding 500option, also a brand of Fundsaver.
