LeapRate has learned that FCA-regulated spreadbetting and retail forex broker ETX Capital has replaced its senior financial executive.
In as CFO is Andrew Woolley (pictured at left), a Chartered Accountant and payments industry veteran who spent the past three years as Managing Director of the international payments division at Moneycorp. Woolley was also previously CFO of the Global Business Payments division at payments giant Travelex.
Woolley replaces Marcus Scarlett, who was CFO of ETX for the past three years.
Scarlett also is stepping down as a director and secretary of ETX parent company Monecor (London) Limited. His position of secretary will be taken by ETX’s in-house lawyer for the German market Pyn-An Sun. Woolley will take Scarlett’s position on the board as director.
