US online trading services provider Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:IBKR) continues to enhance the capabilities of its multi-asset trading platform Trader Workstation (TWS).
The improvements in the latest build of the platform concern Forex trading too. The broker is now empowering traders to trade Forex with 1/10 pip precision.
Thus far, Interactive Brokers has offered Forex traders to view FX quotes in the more precise 1/10 percentage in point (pip) format, compared with the usual 1/2 pip display, and now applies the same precision to trading FX quotes.
To activate the new feature, one has to go to Global Configuration and select Display > Ticker Row, then scroll to the bottom of the window to select “Allow Forex trading in 1/10 pips.”
The enhancement comes on top of various improvements introduced in the new TWS build, including a feature for investing with Portfolio Builder, as well as the ability to configure FYI notifications directly from within IB TWS.
