Leverate upgrades SIRIXActive chat feature, launches native mobile apps

Leverate, a major provider of Forex and Binary Options technology solutions, has been working hard to enhance its innovative automation system, SIRIXActive.

The company has integrated a CTA-triggered chat feature within SIRIXActive, in an effort to improve the communication between brokers and traders. At the moment, the chat can only be initiated by the trader, but the soon-to-be-released update will include broker-initiated capabilities as well that will help guide traders through the conversion funnel.

Leverate has also introduced its native mobile apps, available on iOS and Android, including support for Marshmallow, In-app registration and social trading integration.

When Leverate’s CEO Kobi Gur recently spoke to LeapRate, he noted a number of benefits for brokers implementing SIRIXActive, such as smoothing out the conversion process and with that, a boost in conversion rates. Further advantages include the capability of a broker to expand its global reach as the platform is available in multiple languages. The system also promotes a rise in retention with higher volumes and LTV. SIRIXActive also helps a brokerage to cut marketing costs both in terms of acquisition and staffing.
