TMX Group Limited (TSX:X) has announced July 2016 trading statistics for its marketplaces – Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, TSX Alpha Exchange (Alpha), Montréal Exchange (MX) and NGX.
The volume of all TMX equities marketplaces has dropped in July MoM from 630 million to 551.7 million.

Daily Average Volume for Toronto Stock Exchange was 328.8 million in July, lower than the 395.2 million in June 2016.
TSX Venture Exchange showed quite good results, with a jump in the daily average transactions from 25,077 to 26,480 in July MoM.
Alpha’s daily average volume slipped to 41.4 million this month.
Montreal Exchange volume climbed with 20.3% in July YoY. Volume also jumped 7.4% for NGX.
