Retail Forex and CFD broker DMM FX Australia has just published an update regarding the problems impacting its trading service.
The company confirmed it had recently encountered a temporary outage, due to external factors with its trading services. This has led to some of its clients being unable to access the trading server to manage their trades intermittently. Client access to funding and withdrawal facilities were not affected and DMM FX continued to process requests accordingly.
In the latest update, DMM FX said it had implemented measures to ensure trading services are maintained while the issue was being permanently rectified.
The broker reiterated that it remains committed to providing its clients with the highest standard of forex and CFD trading services.
