Trading software developer MetaQuotes Software today announced that it has made a set of enhancements to its MetaTrader 4 (MT4) Web platform.
The new developments include a raft of new languages being added, as well as support for technical indicators.
The company has completely revised the chart display model to enable the application of multiple indicators simultaneously. The indicators can be displayed in a selected symbol window, as well as in a separate one. The ability to configure the indicator parameters has also been added. At the moment, the MetaQuotes’ team is testing all the features to ensure stable operation of analytical tools.
The Moving Average trend indicator has become available in test mode, with MACD (Moving Average Convergence/Divergence) oscillator set to become the second tool to be implemented. The company promises to gradually add other technical indicators, so that traders using the web platform will be able to use a similar set of technical tools as the ones in the MetaTrader 4/5 desktop versions.
Other new features include:
- The interface has been translated into 9 new languages – Arabic, Bulgarian, French, Indonesian, Malay, Polish, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese.
- All open charts can now be observed as a separate list. To do this, traders have to click the button in the upper right corner of the toolbox.
- The chart settings are now saved for the entire web terminal rather than a certain trade account.
