Moscow Exchange, or Moskovskaya Birzha MMVB-RTS PAO (MCX:MOEX), the biggest Russian venue for trading shares, derivatives and Forex, has just commented on the troubles regarding accessing its website.
The website has been inaccessible for about 30 min already, with the Exchange putting the blame on tech restrictions from the registrar of the domain name.
The Exchange noted that all of its web services are operating normally in the face of the website access issues.
