Tullett Prebon Plc (LON:TLPR) today announces the appointment of Andrew Baddeley as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr Baddeley succeeds Paul Mainwaring who is standing down after nearly ten years in the role of Group Finance Director.
In addition, Mr Baddeley will also join the board of Tullett Prebon as an Executive Director, effective May 13, 2016.
Mr Baddeley brings with him 28 years of experience in financial services organisations. He was previously CFO at Brit Insurance Group. Prior to this, he spent five years as Group Finance Director at Atrium, a Lloyd’s insurer. His previous experience includes holding senior financial positions at General Re, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. His early career includes roles at EY and PwC. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
The appointment of Mr Baddeley as an executive officer of the Company is effective immediately.
