The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has appointed Chirathep Senivongs as Executive Vice President (EVP), Corporate Strategy Division, to oversee international relations, effective from November 1, 2016.
SET President Kesara Manchusree said:
Chirathep is equipped with strong expertise in expanding business both domestically and overseas, As such, this key mechanism will further enhance cooperation and strengthen global position for the Thai capital market.”
Prior to joining SET, Chirathep was has been Director, Corporate Communications Department, Deputy Secretary to Bank of Thailand Board and Secretary to Top Management Committee at Bank of Thailand as well as Bank of Thailand Spokesman, after being a Director, International Economics Department.
Chirathep has received his master degree in Development Economics from Oxford University, United Kingdom and master degree in Public Policy and Management from Harvard University, United States, after earning his bachelor degree in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science.
