LeapRate Exclusive… LeapRate has learned that popular FX analyst Marshall Gittler has resurfaced, publishing his daily research independently via FX news, data and analytical services provider Claws & Horns.
Claws & Horns provides a variety of third party services to retail FX brokers. Its clients have included HiwayFX and LiteForex (see screenshot below).
The very recognizable Mr. Gittler, with his ever-present bow tie, spent the last two years at retail forex broker FXPRIMUS, leaving as part of a management shuffle back in March. Prior to that he was Head of Global FX Strategy at IronFX.
Before moving to Cyprus and joining the retail FX scene in 2012, Mr. Gittler had spent the better part of 20 years as a currencies and economics analyst with a number of leading global financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, SBC Warburg, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, and Bank of China, based in various locations including stints in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Geneva.
LeapRate spoke with Marshall, who had the following to say about his new agreement with Claws & Horns:
