Commenting on Mr. Cudahy’s hire, Jamie Singleton, Curex Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said,
We’re excited to have Kevin join the Cürex team. Given his experience and reputation, he had many alternatives to consider when choosing his next home. His decision to join Cürex is an endorsement of both our business model and our commitment to delivering best execution outcomes to our buy side customers. Kevin will make a valuable contribution to our business development efforts.
Mr. Cudahy added,
I have known the principals of the Cürex team for many years and have admired their commitment to building a best execution ECN and their determination to bring innovations to an FX marketplace that needs to evolve. Cürex has created unique solutions that differentiate them from any other FX ECN. I look forward to contributing my effort to make Cürex the buy side’s destination for best execution.
