Retail forex broker Alpari announced that it has now launched a live chat feature in the Alpari Mobile and Alpari Invest apps.
The Alpari Mobile application was launched back in 2017.
The new feature allows clients to receive support from Alpari’s specialists and resolve any issues 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. Viber, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger can also be used to get in touch with the company.
Alpari has three mobile apps in its product line: Alpari Invest, Alpari Fix-Contracts, and Alpari Mobile. Across these apps available on both iOS and Android devices, clients can find the most complete and up-to-date information on Alpari’s investment products and services.
