New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has recently added two more names to its list of unregulated firms. The latest additions are the companies 55CMT and Circleforex and Yuanhui.
According to the regulator, 55CMT could be involved in a scam and www.circleforex.com as this website claims to be associated with FSP476086 in New Zealand which is incorrect.
55CMT is also not registered on the New Zealand Financial Service Providers Register, therefore it is not allowed to provide financial services to New Zealand residents.
