Financial markets data and infrastructure provider, Refinitiv, announced its investment and strategic partnership with ModuleQ, a Microsoft partner for Office 365 and Microsoft Teams. ModuleQ’s intelligent app predicts users’ priorities and works with Microsoft Teams to bring them up-to-date and relevant content, news and analytics. Refinitiv and ModuleQ’s collaboration will provide proactive, vital business information directly in their workflow, to professionals in different industries from sales teams, lawyers and bankers to company executives.
Refinitiv and ModuleQ have collaborated since 2018 using using their machine learning and analytics capabilities to provide proactive insights customized to professionals’ work priorities through the ModuleQ app using Refinitiv Intelligent Tagging and Refinitiv Knowledge Graph.
The partnership will allow the companies to integrate selected Refinitiv content. This content may include Aftermarket Research and Company Profiles. This will enable the ModuleQ app to extract important business observation and understanding related to the fast-changing priorities of individual users.

The Intelligent Tagging solution uses uses natural language processing (NLP), text analytics and data-mining technologies to analyze large unstructured content and the Knowledge Graph is a linked data feed of the Refinitiv financial content sets.
