PayPoint plc has revealed the appointment of Guy Parsons as a Non-Executive Director to its Board.
Parsons brings more than 30 years of experience in executive and non-executive positions held during his career.
Prior to PayPoint, he served as Chair at Appreciate Group for a little over year. His new appointment follows PayPoint’s acquisition of Appreciate Group Plc in February 2023 in a £83 million deal.

Parsons has held various director positions throughout his career which started at Accor UK. He has worked at companies such as Whitbread Plc, TGI Fridays, Travelodge, and easyHotel plc. Parsons has also served as a Non-Executive Director and the remuneration committee chair at Yorkshire Building Society from 2013 to 2022.
