The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and the ACPR have issued a public warning against the activities of several new websites and entities offering trading of investments on cryptocurrency derivatives without authorisation in France.
Here is the list of the websites recently identified:

- www.globalco-crypto.com
- www.mabanquecrypto.com
- www.mcminage.com
- www.phoenix-gm.com
A list of all unauthorized sites to offer trading of cryptocurrency derivatives is available in the AMF’s website (section: Espace épargnants > Protéger son épargne > Listes noires) and Assurance Banque Épargne Info Service – ABE IS’s website (section: Vos démarches > Se protéger contre les arnaques > Les listes noires des sites internet et entités non autorisés).
These websites may change very quickly and this list is not intended to be exhaustive.
The regulator has issued several similar warnings this month.
