LeapRate Exclusive… LeapRate has learned that London based FX liquidity and prime brokerage services provider IS Prime has reported strong financials, with an increase in turnover year end 31 March 2018. Reported figures from the FCA regulated broker show a rise to £17.2 million year end 2018.
The financials for IS Prime’s year end 2018 show operating profit at £5.7 million and net assets at £7.7 million. These figures relate to a year in which headcount has doubled and IS Prime has invested significantly in its technology.
IS Prime became part of the broader ISAM Capital Markets group during this reporting cycle.

Index Swaps, for example, which were previously included in IS Prime’s figures are now largely accounted for out of our Hong Kong-based business; and our risk consultancy and technology services come out of IS Risk Analytics. This means that comparisons with previous IS Prime accounts filed at Companies House are meaningless.
Whilst we do not disclose ISAM Capital Markets financials, I can confirm that we have shown demonstrable growth across all areas of the business, with strong operating profits and significant net assets across the group.
