DTCC, a post-trade market infrastructure provider, said the new board members bring extensive global expertise in finance, risk management, and liquidity, which will help guide the company’s strategic direction.

Kamis, currently Chief Financial Officer for Citibank N.A. and Head of Finance Transformation at Citi, has over 20 years of experience in financial services.

He previously served as Chief Risk Officer for Finance, overseeing Citi’s enterprise financial risks.

Meanwhile, Majiyagbe is Managing Director and Global Head of Financing, Liquidity and Collateral at BNY. She leads the bank’s cash ecosystem and global securities financing operations.

DTCC noted that Majiyagbe has held multiple leadership roles in liquidity, financing, and collateral management throughout her career.

“We are delighted to welcome Cenk and Laide to the Board of Directors,” said Kevin Kessinger, Non-Executive Chairman of DTCC’s Board. “Their global expertise, extensive knowledge, and strategic insights will be great assets to the DTCC Board as we continue to lead the industry forward and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders.”

DTCC’s Board now consists of 20 directors, including representatives from international broker-dealers, clearing banks, investment institutions, and designated members from preferred shareholders ICE and FINRA.
