Deutsche Börse has announced that DFV Deutsche Familienversicherung AG (German Family Insurance) (ISIN: DE000A2NBVD5) has now been listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The shares of the company were listed at 12.30 euros (at the start) after an issue price of 12.00 euros.
The IPO was accompanied by Hauck & Aufhäuser. The bank also acts as a designated sponsor in Xetra trading and is a joint bookrunner with Mainfirst Bank AG.
The company is specialised in the selling and the inventory administration of health auxiliary and property insurances.
