ElidiziAcrobatica became the first Italian company to be listed on both the Italian stock market and on Euronext. The company, which makes safety ropes for clients in the building industry, was listed on Euronext Growth while still being listed on Italy’s stock market.
ElidiziAcrobatica was founded in 1994 in the north-western Italian city of Genoa and specializes in a wide variety of services such as maintenance and cleaning of buildings, renovation among others its unique double safety ropes for access to tall buildings.
The company has a diverse client base, which includes commercial offices, hospitals, hotels, shopping centre, monuments and cultural buildings. Its main services are maintenance and restoration, which it delivers through its’ acrobatic rope access technicians without the use of the traditional bulky scaffolding.
The company currently serves 71 office buildings in Italy with plans to expand into international markets.
EdiliziAcrobatica (ticker code: ALEAC) was listed yesterday by the admission of 6,525,300 of its shares to trading representing its entire share capital. The price of each share was set at €4.70, which translated into a market capitalization of about €30.7 million.
