Nordnet AB has adopted Broadridge Financial Solutions’ Shareholder Disclosure Hub to meet its obligations under the updated Shareholder Rights Directive (SRDII), the company announced on Monday.

It was revealed that the leading Nordic digital investment platform has been using Broadridge’s API-based solution since September 2024, ensuring compliance with shareholder identification requests while maintaining data security across Sweden and other European markets.

Broadridge’s Shareholder Disclosure Hub offers a digital solution that streamlines compliance for financial institutions under SRDII.
The platform is said to enhance transparency by automating shareholder disclosure processes and ensuring that shareholder information is securely transmitted across multiple markets.
