The Cyprus regulator CySEC announced that the company Hellenic Secretarial Services Ltd waived its authorisation pursuant to section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, as in force (the ‘Law’).
Hellenic’s authorisation with Νumber 131/196 lapsed as from 1st July 2019 and CySEC has permanently deleted Hellenic Secretarial Services Ltd from the Register.
Hellenic will remain under the supervision of CySEC until its compliance with any of its outstanding obligations.
