Global Property Research (GPR) has just announced that it has been approved as an registered Benchmark Administrator under the European Benchmarks Regulation (BMR).
The Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM) has granted the registration, which is recognised by The European Markets and Securities Authority (ESMA), on its register of approved Benchmark Administrators. GPR is subject to supervision by the AFM.

GPR is now certified to continue to offer its clients its specialised and compatible benchmarks in the EU. GPR has been committed to the IOSCO Principles for Financial Benchmarks since its publication in 2013, and fully supports the objectives of EU Benchmark Regulation.
