The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has just issued a warning of the activities of an entity named United Capital Group which claims, on the website www.ucgtrust.com.
The company claims that its address is 7 rue Robert Stumper, 1882 Luxembourg and that it is authorised and supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
The CSSF informed that United Capital Group is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that the entity has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services in or from Luxembourg.
