The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has just issued a warning to the public concerning the website www.bil-gestionpatrimoine.com and the distribution of a leaflet called ″BIL Patrimoine″ which offer investment services to potential investors.
The CSSF specified that both, the website and the leaflet, make fraudulent and deceptive use of the contact details of the Luxembourg credit institution Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, which is not related to the website and leaflet referred to in this warning.
