FCA regulated Retail FX brokerage group Hantec Markets has expanded its product offering in the UK, with the company today announcing the addition of Spread Betting.
Clients can now open a Spread Betting account which gives them access to bet on 50+ financial instruments covering currencies, bullion, commodities and indices. Hantec Markets will now be offering Spread Betting demo and live accounts, using the MT4 platform.
Spread Betting is very popular in the UK and Ireland, where there is no capital gains tax or stamp duty on betting. Spread betting offers all the same advantages associated with FX and CFD trading including:
- High flexibility. As it is possible to enter a position by either buying or selling, there are more opportunities to trade regardless of market direction.
- 24 hour market. Trade the market 24 hour a day 5 days a week, which means clients can trade whenever suits them.
- No Commission. There are no commission charges when spread betting.
- Leverage. Trading on margins means a relatively small deposit gives the client control over a higher trade value.
Hantec Markets’ Chief Operating Officer Hayel Abu-Hamdan stated:
As part of our continued growth strategy and in alignment with our sponsorship of West Ham United FC, Hantec Markets are pleased to announce the launch of a Spread Betting offering to our growing UK and Ireland client base. We believe this exciting product will help deliver our clients greater choice of how they trade the financial markets and expand the Hantec Markets brand. Spread betting is already a popular product and by adding it to our offering we believe we’re meeting our client’s demands and further developing our niche in this market place.
