LeapRate Exclusive… LeapRate has learned that CySEC regulated retail forex broker Vipro Markets has hired Philippos Psyllos as its new CTO.

Philippos Psyllos joins Vipro from JFD Brokers, also based in Cyprus and licensed by CySEC, where he was co-head of technology for the past two years. Mr. Psyllos was previously head of IT support at FXTM.
He holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Network Centred Computing from The University of Reading, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from University of Nottingham.
Vipro Markets was founded in 2015 by Lithuanian national Valerijus Ovsianikas, who had spent the previous 10 years as a senior member of the management and board of Admiral Markets.
