Acuity Trading announced Thursday that it has appointed Joe Neighbour as its new Head of Retail, responsible for leading the company’s global expansion.
The trading solutions provider added that Neighbour will utilise his extensive expertise in broking, portfolio management, and market analysis to navigate Acuity’s growth, while another of his new responsibilities includes providing “retail traders with the best possible trading experience.”
Neighbour has a wealth of experience, with a career spanning 20 years in the financial services industry. He began his career at HSBC just before the 2008 financial crisis. Neighbour is also a member of the Society of Technical Analysis (STA) and a Chartered Fellow (CISI).
Before joining Acuity, Neighbour was Chief Investment Officer at Signal Centre, a company acquired by Acuity.

Neighbour stated that since Acuity acquired Signal Centre the company has forged exciting opportunities through its data science, product development and marketing technology.

Earlier this week, Acuity announced Giles Hodgson as its new Business Development Manager.
