China Exchanges Services Company Limited (CESC), a joint venture (JV) of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) for the development of financial products and related services, announced Peng Zi from SZSE, has joined its Board with effect from today (2 January 2018).
Mr Peng replaced Wu Ying as Director, Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of CESC.
CESC’s Board is comprised of three directors nominated by each of the JV partners. The Directors of CESC are listed in the table below:
