Edgewater Markets has just announced that it has welcomed Sal Provenzano as Managing Director of eFX Sales.
As LeapRate exclusively reported last month, the NFA-registered non-bank FX liquidity provider has added to its team Phil Muldoon, David Fowler, Ananda Ariesta, and Marvin Ng.
Sal Provenzano brings a wealth of experience in the Foreign Exchange markets space spanning over 25 years of industry expertise working for corporate and investment banks.
I am looking forward to joining Edgewater Markets’ team and the opportunity to contribute to the overall growth of the company. Based on the focus and diversification of proprietary product offerings, the rapidly expanding global footprint, and the customized end user trading solutions being offered to institutional clients, Edgewater’s service offering is very compelling.” he commented.
Prior to joining Edgewater Markets, Mr. Provenzano was Director of FX Institutional Sales at Gain GTX. After holding senior level positions with global brokerage firms, large commercial and investment banks, he was Head of Institutional FX for the Americas region at Velocity Trade. At Prudential Bache, pre-acquisition by Jefferies Financial Group, Mr. Provenzano was Global Head of FX Prime Brokerage, and prior to that, was Head of FXPB Sales for ABN AMRO Bank, in North America. Adding to his extensive background, Provenzano was Managing Director, Head of FX Brokerage for the Americas, at MW Marshall Group.
