LeapRate Exclusive… LeapRate has learned that popular FX market analyst James Hughes has joined the London office of Australia based Retail FX broker AxiTrader. He will be serving as Chief Market Analyst for the UK and Europe for Axi. AxiTrader also has Sydney based analyst Greg McKenna in its home office.
James Hughes was with GKFX for two years, joining the company after a brief stint of less than a year at eToro. Mr. Hughes was Chief Market Strategist at Alpari UK for four years from 2011-2015, after beginning his career at CMC Markets Plc (LON:CMCX), working his way up the ranks over the course of nine years at CMC from Back Office Supervisor to become the company’s Chief Market Analyst.
Mr. Hughes isn’t the only recent hire AxiTrader has made from GKFX. Axi hired Paul Kiff from GKFX back in June, as was also exclusively reported by LeapRate. Mr. Kiff now is Global Head of Trading for AxiCorp, out of London.
