LeapRate Exclusive… LeapRate has learned that Forex broker technology and solutions provider Leverate has hired Yaara Rozenblat as its new Head of Marketing. She replaces Nicc Lewis, who recently left Leverate to start his own online marketing consulting firm.
She will formally take up her duties at Leverate next week.
Yaara Rozenblat has spent the past two years with website creation platform Wix.com, as an Acquisition Specialist. Prior joining Wix.com in 2016 she was with AOL’s Israel arm.
Leverate has undergone something of a metamorphosis over the past 12 months, including a change in most of the company’s top management. Last summer the company hired former Markets.com CFO and CySEC-regulated XHorns.com CEO Yasha Polyakov as its new CEO, replacing Kobi Gur.
On the products/services side of things, Leverate has focused on being more of a services provider to FX brokers, than pure turnkey technology platform provider. We reported exclusively in November that Leverate was entering into a cooperation agreement with (former) FX platform rival MetaQuotes in providing MT5 support. Leverate has also recently launched an EMIR / MiFID II regulatory consulting service called Regyoul8, and a professional services department called Acxelr8 focusing on client acquisition and retention services. Leverate also launched a China FX broker expansion service called Go East.
