Global multi-asset financial services and FinTech provider XS.com, today revealed the appointment of Nadine Bautista as the Country Manager for the firm’s Philippines operations. She joins the brokerage with more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry.
In her newly assigned position, Bautista will be tasked with driving revenue growth in the Philippines market. This will involve devising and implementing business strategies that align with the Group’s broader objectives and goals for the region. She will report directly to Wael Hammad, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at XS.com.

In addition to her BA in Communications and Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management, Bautista has also obtained certifications in “Advanced Anti-Money Laundering for Financial Institutions” and “Ethics, Integrity, and Fairness in Financial Services” from the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF).
In recent months, XS.com has been actively recruiting new members for its leadership team. Earlier this month, XS.com announced another addition to its team with the appointment of Sixtus Ughamadu as country manager for Nigeria. Prior to that, the company hired Shadi Salloum as regional director for MENA.
