Global Forex brokerage group ATFX continues its path of expanding and growing into new regions globally. As of late, the expansion has more specifically been in Southeast Asia, and to ensure quality for the region’s Forex traders, the financial company is now offering its website in the Vietnamese language.
The latest offering is designed to enhance the solutions offered to its FX traders, and brings the total number of websites available on its company website to thirteen. The rapid growth of the region combined with ATFX’s goal of servicing its customers makes the latest addition an ideal expansion.
Its experience in other countries has taught ATFX that the needs of local traders differ significantly from one region to another. And since Southeast Asia is one of the key growth markets for the financial brokerage, it has been focused on gaining a good understanding of the requirements of Vietnam’s local traders.
This is also the reason why the company offers multilingual customer support and is currently working on launching local language support across all regions that it currently offers its services in. To achieve this, the company has designed personalised customer services with employees from different countries, such as Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia and the Philippines.
