FCA regulated online CFD brokerage house CMC Markets Institutional (LON:CMCX) has today announced a partnership with oneZero Financial Systems. The collaboration enables CMC Markets to disseminate its high-quality, multi-asset liquidity feed to a wider range of accredited counterparties, using a seamless automated solution for market connectivity and price distribution.
More than 150 banks, brokerages and hedge funds are already connected to oneZero’s EcoSystem, using the company’s proprietary software and infrastructure. This deployment means that CMC Markets’ liquidity can now be accessed by this community at discounted rates.
CMC Markets is currently one of the only providers on the oneZero EcoSystem to be delivering multi-asset liquidity under a single B2B feed, and to date is uniquely offering access to the widest range of financial instruments from any provider.
Richard Elston, head of institutional at CMC Markets, commented:
Distributing our multi-asset liquidity over the popular Hub from oneZero Financial is a great step forward for all concerned. Counterparties now have, for the first time, a single consolidated liquidity source covering not just forex but also a comprehensive range of indices, commodities and treasuries, all at a highly competitive rate.
CMC Markets continues to bolster its institutional business, providing liquidity and market access to a growing number of emerging hedge funds, asset managers and other smaller retail brokers. The company’s 29-year history, UK stock market listing and oversight by stringent regulatory bodies including the FCA, BaFiN and ASIC serve to make it a popular choice of counterparty across the industry.
Andrew Ralich, CEO of oneZero Financial Systems, added:
The introduction of CMC Markets as a B2B liquidity provider within our EcoSystem is a major step forward in our combined vision of the future of the liquidity and credit marketplace. Allowing clients to access to such a broad list of non-FX products, under a unified technology and clearing solution, is a highly progressive model both in terms of software and brokerage.
