NEX Optimisation, which helps clients reduce complexity and optimise resources across the transaction lifecycle, announced today that it has appointed Colin Murphy as Chief Commercial Officer of NEX Optimisation which incorporates Head of Sales for NEX Regulatory Reporting. Colin joined NEX Optimisation on 15 May 2017.
Launched in March 2017, NEX Regulatory Reporting is a versatile solution which brings together several NEX Optimisation reporting services to help clients meet the challenges of MiFID II and many other regulatory regimes. Following analysis of each client’s reporting environment, NEX Regulatory Reporting provides a fully comprehensive and tailored solution to meet each client’s needs according to jurisdiction, classification and traded instruments and facilitates timely and accurate regulatory reporting across multiple regulatory regimes.
Colin Murphy has over 18 years of financial markets experience and joins NEX Optimisation from Goldman Sachs where he was most recently Managing Director for Securities Lending and Equity Finance. In that role he was Head of Sales Trading across Equities and Fixed Income product, focused on hedge fund clients. Colin will report to Jenny Knott, CEO of NEX Optimisation and support Collin Coleman, Head of NEX Regulatory Reporting.
