Tradeweb reports $21.3 trillion trading volume in October

Global operator of electronic marketplaces Tradeweb Markets Inc. has released its monthly trading metrics for October 2022.

The NASDAQ-listed company’s trading volume for the period dropped by 15% MoM to $21.3 trillion, compared to September’s $25.1 trillion.

During last month, the average daily volume (ADV) stood at $1.05 trillion, down by 12.5% on monthly basis.

The ADV also dropped by 16.5% in October, compared to the same period in 2021.

However, electronic marketplaces operator recently reported a 8.2% increase in its trading volume during the third quarter of the year to $287.1 trillion
