TradingScreen Inc. (TS), the all-asset class order and execution management system (OEMS), has just announced upgrades to its partnership with Imagine Software, which offers real-time portfolio, risk, and compliance management solutions.
TradingScreen recognizes the need to create seamless integrations and cultivate deeper partnerships to ultimately benefit trading desks faced with varying regulatory and compliance demands,” said Varghese Thomas, TradingScreen Chief Operating and Strategy Officer. “As Imagine Software provides the definitive real-time solution to manage risk, maximize growth and comply with regulatory demands, TS clients with portfolio investment mandates on the Imagine platform will now benefit from our fully-integrated pre-trade compliance functionality.
A checks and balances feature built into clients’ execution workflow will issue an alert when a rule or limit is breached during the pre-trade compliance process, along with the exact violation so that quick action can be taken. If no rules are violated, then the order is released to the market.
We have always enjoyed a solid partnership with Imagine Software. With customers already leveraging the pre-trade compliance feature in beta, we are excited to offer the upgraded capabilities to all of our users,” added Thomas.
The Imagine partnership enables smooth integration with TS’ one-touch OEMS workflow solution, TradeSmart®, and will deliver robust risk insights on every trade, across all asset classes.
We are excited to expand our partnership with TradingScreen. TS was ahead of the curve with MiFID II compliance, and continues to prioritize compliance solutions for their users,” said Scott Sherman, Imagine Software Co-Founder and Global Head of Business Development & Sales.
Imagine was the first to market with a comprehensive real-time risk and compliance cloud solution and, Sherman added, “TradingScreen’s clients can perform compliance checks using customized stress tests and scenarios, or even VaR, across multiple assets and accounts in real time, which is the gold standard in risk compliance.
