LeapRate Exclusive… LeapRate has learned that Denmark based financial trading technology provider Tradeworks has hired longtime Gwazy / Windsor Brokers executive Graham Moss.
Based in Cyprus, Mr. Moss will be responsible for selling Tradeworks’ auto trading platform into the Cyprus Retail Forex broker community, and beyond.
Graham Moss has spent the past eight years with Windsor Brokers in Cyprus, first as a marketing executive within the retail forex brokerage arm of the company and then (since 2014) with its Gwazy platform business, selling it to other brokers. Beyond Windsor Brokers itself, Gwazy has been implemented (usually alongside MT4) at just a handful of brokers including HiwayFX and China-focused Maxim AM.
The move will give Tradeworks a third physical presence beyond its Copenhagen headquarters and recently opened Singapore office. Cyprus certainly makes sense for the company, as many of its potential clients are located in the island country.
Tradeworks has been very active lately in growing its footprint in the auto trading market, It recently signed Indonesia’s largest FX broker, PT Monex, as its rep and distribution partner in the country. The company raised $500,000 from Singapore based strategic investors and Innovationsfonden last year. Other brokers which have launched Tradeworks’ platform include GKFX and Orbex.
We also understand that the transition for Mr. Moss to Tradeworks will only occur later in the Spring, after he concludes his existing obligations at Gwazy.
